i just started sampling the first of my "Brewcraft LCPA" kits this week
Followed their recipe pretty closely, except i used a Nottingham yeast instead of US-05, as I'd been having some issues with US-05.
brewed 3/3/12, bottled 14/3/12.
so only 2 weeks in the bottle, & its quite a nice drop! - pleasant, almost nutty aroma, not too hoppy, not a bad amount of bitterness, but definitely lacking some, and a little thin and lacking in body. Its a tasty beer but LCPA it is not! - nothing like in terms of aroma, taste or body, but it certainly wont go to waste
