Hi - I've just got back into home-brew (BIAB) after a brief 30 or so year break. First started back at uni in the UK using recipes from Dave Line 'Brewing Beers Like Those You Drink'. A bible at the time but now more of a historical document it seems. I'm amazed at how far techniques and general knowledge 'out there' has developed since I last brewed anything. Much to learn
