Heinekin Keg Tap(safeway Liquor)

Gday everyone,
got a mate at work who asked me about a Heineken keg...1- if i drink them and 2...how he would go about getting a replacement plastic tap for it without buying a new keg. Ebay doesnt have them no does discounthomebrewwarehouse.com.au...does anyone have any ideas or suggestions of what to do to get inside the keg without that particular tap...i suggested as a joke to use an aerosol can lid but the beer would spray rather than have a nice streaming pour. cheers fellas.

Maybe buy another and use the tap from that after its empty... They're not too expensive are they?
