I recently bought two bags of this new Heidelberg Malt from Best Malt to see what it's like.
Anyone given it a whirl to see how it is ???
It is arguably/supposed to be the lightest pilsner malt ever produced. I have a new brew lagering at the moment that I made using some Riwaka Hop Cones that I was lucky enough to aquire and I must say the new clear wort was pretty impressive. I'll see if I can extract a photo from my phone.
Can't wait to see what the finished product looks like as I just love pale coloured lagers.
