The great thing about having a beer with a fellow brewer is seeing his set up, how he does things differently to you, achieves a certain result, and then evaluate how you can make changes to your own brewing practices. I had that privelage today and decided i am going to cold crash a few brews and clear up my act. It's funny you can read something over and over again but when you see it, it really hits home. Cheers Aydos, you brew nice beer mate.

The best thing is drinking his free beer. Especially if he's a better brewer than you. But yeh the second best thing is the sharing of knowledge. You can read a lot and learn from fellow brewers on here but sometimes its much better to see it in action to really understand.
