Have You Any Experience With Chinese Party Kegs

I saw a 23litre party keg for $149 today on special

and a 12 litre one not on special for $195

Is this good value, do they function and seal well ?

They'd be the Brewbrat kegs that were spoken of a little while back. They are ball lock kegs.
