Hi all
Been planning my first BIAB using the BigW 19l pot. Have used Brewmate to try and adjust DrSmurtosGA recipe to suit. Have I got it correct.....
Batch size - 17l
Grains
2.070kg Weyermann Pilsner
.690kg Weyermann Pale Wheat
.690kg Weyermann Munich I
.216kg Weyermann Caramunich I

Hops
Amarillo Us11 10.1% 16g @ 60 mins
Amarillo Us11 10.1% 12g @ 10 mins
Amarillo Us11 10.1% 12g @ 5 mins
Amarillo Us11 10.1% 12g @ 0 mins

Safale US-05 for yeast and fermenting @ 18C (this is a bit of a hit and hope as I don't have a fridge )

This should give the same OG and FG as the original recipe and same IBU. Alcohol comes out at 4.62 and looking for 70% efficiency. Planning on no chill overnight.

Have I got it right or totally stuffed the whole shebang!
