Surely there is more to it than harvesting and re pitching the same yeast? Otherwise the strain does mutate yeah? Different malts, recipes etc.
Commercial brewers have their own lab were they quality control the strain so it stays the same. Maybe i should be more game to recycle more than 3 times. How many times before I can call it Danscraft yeast?
