Happy Birthday To Me

Since I started homebrewing, it is suddenly easy to pick a good birthday present for me. Only my Mum did not buy me beer this year. I got two 1.5 litre grolsch magnums (great bottles), aventinus doppelbock, franz joseph jubelbier, sam adams taddy porter and sam adams imperial stout. Even my secretary got me a chimay blue.

It is my birthday today (12th) as well.

I got a some Monteiths glasses from NZ.
A few kilos of NZ hops.
A Stone Brewing Arrogant ******* t-shirt and pint glass.
The Oktoberfest/Marzen and Wheat beer style series books.

The only thing on my list for brewing that I didn't get was 25kg of Trad Ale Malt. For some reason everyone thought that was a boring present.

I also got some clothes and stuff blah blah blah.

Had the day off work and my wife and I went to a nice German restaurant in Sydney that has Erdinger and Kostrizer on tap. I had a nice big Pork Knuckle. mmmmmmmmmmmm

im thinking i might get the wife and daughters to tan my skin and make it into stubbie coolers or something if my body does decide to pack it in.least i will still be near beer. :lol: :lol:

Got any good tatts, bigD? There is a museum in Japan with a good collection of tanned human hides with those unreal full-back traditional japanese tattoos. Make an unreal collection of stubbie holders.
