Well comp season is here again, coming up we have:-

Bitter and Twisted
Castle Hill
Bathurst
The State Comp, which will be followed inevitably by The Nationals.

As there are so many new HAGs I thought it might be a good time to post a reminder that if you want to enter any comp running in Australia you only need to get your entries into the shop (Marks Home Brew) 3 working days before the closing date.

You are responsible for making sure that your bottles are properly labelled (read the style guides and find the right class) and that the entry fee is included, as usual we will cover the cost of packaging and freight.

As the comps get closer I will update the closing dates; we can usually print entry forms and supply free rubber bands and sticky tape, as well as shipping your entry.

Well run comps are a great way to get quality feedback on your beer so you can improve your brewing.
Its good to see so many comps being run at the highest standards.

Hope the HAG community is well represented in this years round of home brewing competitions.
