Grumpys 1( No 2) Blond

Just bought the blond, still warm, they had just finished makigng it today!


Thought about brewer with out diluting with wyeast 1214 Belgium Abbey.

But after bying the yeast my mind has almost changed i thinking now about brewing with Kolsh




Any Ideas

Personally, based on the description I've read, I'd be watering it down to OG 1045-1050 and using Kolsch yeast. It would make a brilliant easy-drinking summer ale.
