Granma"s Mangle

Picked up a 2 Roller mangle...(remember Granny wringing out your undies etc when you were young)(before washing machines had spin dryers)
Mounted it on a board ..added hopper..crushed a little Crystal (have not got anything else yet)
Seems like it will do the job..(later on)..
Anyone used one of these or got any input...????Cheers

Sorry Poppa joe, can't help with either request. Out of curiosity what are the rollers made of ?

:huh: Thought they were rubber covered rollers...at least the one's I've seen.

Razz..
The rollers are about 14 ins.wide made of a very hard rubber type stuff..a hammer wont hurt it..
Large crank handle .rollers sit in curved spring steel.slotted for rollers ..and adjustable..
I made brackets to mount to a board,and a plastic case to catch the grain..
First run seems to be OK..
