Grain Stocks

It's probably be done before...but here goes....

got cashed up($70) and want to get a good base of different grains.I spoke to Doc off list and got a bit of direction and was wondering if any of you have any further thoughts. Here's where I'm up to so far....


10 kg Pale Malt
10kg Pilsener/Lager Malt
5kg Munich Malt
5kg Vienna Malt

I've got some Choc Malt, Dark crystal, roast barley and flaked barley and oats

Depending on the recipes you're aiming at - some English ale recipes include torrified wheat and/or flaked maize.
