Grain Specifications Jwm - Brewpal Iphone App

Hey all,

Could someone point me in the right direction for specs on some JWM grains.

I could only find some generic info at their website http://www.viterra.com/portal/wps/portal/a...UJig!!/

I am using brewpal iphone ap, having touble finding info to enter in for local malts.

In particular ppg and lovibond numbers, I can work out calcs but EBC ranges seem pretty broad in this webpage.

If there's a guru out there I'm looking at JWM Crystal 140, but I'd much rather try to find the info.

You should be able to get the Cert. of Analysis for the actual batch from the HBS that supplied you the grain. Give them a call in the morning.
I don't currently stock JW Malts otherwise I'd give you the numbers myself.
