Hi LB, I was thinking along the same lines. I'd like to get my UK palette sorted so I was thinking Simpsons Heritage Crystal, Chocolate and Brown malt. How does that sound? I'm open to different types too.

Brown malt would be ok, but I wouldnt want a lot of chocolate. If we could get a 3 way going (keep it clean fellas) or even a 4 way split that would suit me, but 12 kgs of chocolate malt would mean an awful lot of porters and brown ales. Otherwise, if you want to buy a 25 kg bag I will happily buy 5 or 6kgs from you.
So would something like a 50/50 split heritage and brown malt be ok. EOI for the choc malt.

Fair enough, I was assuming 1/3 splits anyway. 5kgs of chocolate would be plenty so 1/5 would be fine there.

Simpsons Heritage is on my spread sheet. May be an old spread sheet. CAn Itmech confirm that Heritage is available.
