All grain brewing demonstration at Blue Mtns Brewing Supplies, NSW, on Sunday June 24 at 10 am. It will be a no sparge method and should run for about four hours. You can see and read something of the method on My Brewing Blog. I'm not sure what style of beer it will be - depends on what yeast is available.
The demonstration is free. Faulconbridge is a 45 minute drive from Parramatta along the M4 and Gt Western H'way. The shop is about 60 metres from the highway, directions are on the website.
Unfortunately I have neither the gear nor the facilities to have demonstrations at St Marys.
