Ok

By popular request - hear are some pics of my cheap in line filter.
Consists of rain water hose 12mm and 13mm In-Line irrigation filter.

Used for filtering out hop debris prior to kegging and maybe could be used as a hop back now that i have my pump?

I use the same type of thing

Only this inline filter is both food grade and clear (great to see what's going on in there)

They are sold by boating supply shops and are used on a boat fresh water tank

Paid around $18.00 I think

You won't fit much whole hops in that ken. i use plugs of cascade in my hop back it looks like a bit much to try fit a couple plugs in that.
ussually i use two plugs which after the hot wort hits they take up quite a lot of room.
The randall is very big and that only just fits 250g of whole hops.
