You only pitched the yeast 24 hours ago, it's already droped 10 points & is fermenting furiously....ALL IS GOOD!!!

Unfermented wort is going to taste sweet...You'll only learn from the finished beer, whether you need to adjust your recipe next time.

Just leave it well alone for a good 2 weeks & report back on the finished beer :)

Is it still bubbling away from inside the wort? don;t worry about the airlock. If so I think Ross is on the money.

Screwy , Boagsy - cheers for the Mr Malty link ; i've looked at it before but somehow the penny didn't drop. It now has.

I'll sit on this one and try to remember to get back to you guys on how it turns out.
