Would love this, count me in. :)

Side question: Do you have a product that can be used as a charcoal pit controller? Something with a fan adapter to maintain low n slow kamado cooking? I had a nightmare of a time maintaining temps over the weekend for my pork shoulder so I have started looking into the different options today.

Another question: What is the resolution of the thermometers? I.e. how long does it take to give the correct temperature and can it be used as an instant thermometer?

Also, me please!
