Hi guys,

Just a quick newwbie question. I have a Coopers Ginger Beer Kit, and I want to brew a non Aloholic beer for the wife. I read the instructions and it seems I only let the mixiture fermet for just a few hours before bottling?
Is this correct or do I need to leave it in the fermenter for 7 days as I do with my regular beer kits (alcohlic)?

thanks

If you leave it a long time it will ferment out. This is one of the few times that I'd recommend that you follow the Coopers instructions very closely.
