Guys I am getting rid of some excess gear.

This is my old AG set up I used for sometime , it works well and would be an extremely affordable way to get started in AG brewing.

Consists of a 20 lt urn for the HLT
5 Gallon Rubbermaid mash tun , s/steel braided manifold
50 lt kettle , s/steel tap , sight glass , tel-tru temperture gauge.
Immersion chiller made to suit the kettle

All you need to supply is a burner for the kettle

$280.00 the lot

PM me with your email and I'll send you photos

Queensland only not interested in freighting this

That's a bargain mate, the new owner of that gear will be a very happy man.

Batz,

I'm *really* interested - please send me photos!

I'll PM the email

Thanks!

Matt

Top buy, you'll never look back!
So when's the brew-day???

dam - was really interested as you know batz in the 50ltr kettle...

Not Happy Jan...

I know Kenny but I wanted to sell the whole lot mate , you would not have wanted the other stuff.
And it's got another brewer off too a racing AG head start !

I had the gear here and I was going to do this , going to do that with it , I am glad it will have a good home . You have all the gear to make your own.

Awesome! This is just what I need to get the AG happening! Brilliant - thanks Batz!

congrats mobrien

Well to the world of AG - just be warned it becomes an obsession - :D ...

well done mobrien -u did well.

Batz is right - i have enough of my own stuff.

i would have bought the lot and then sold the other stuff to a BBC member to get started minus teh kettle.

It is better for the Home Brew Faternity taht it goes to you.

Just have to get Batz to get me a tel-tru temperture gauge.

You were going to sell it to one of my fellow club members? Brisbane Brewing Club???

Nah - he was going to sell it someone that works at BBC - Brisbane Boys College - and that would be me - So I just saved the transfer ;)

The brewsay will have to wait until September at my place - we're in the process of moving, but by then I'll have a heap of new toys to play with - hopefully the Batz AG setup, the SCUBA font, and my new keg system that is arriving from the states any day now!
