Gassing Kegs

G'Day.

I'm sure this hase been mentioned many times before, but damned if I can find the thread..

I've just kegged 50L of beer, need to know what pressure to carbonate/serve it at.

(I did have my reg set up perfectly, but adjusted it to sparge some wine a couple of weeks ago when I was pissed, and forgot the setting. )



I've got it at about 60Kpa atm. is this going to be enough?

depends on the style i guess, but i generally stay between 80 - 100 kpa for dispensing. Force carbonating I go to 350kpa and rock 50 times (19L keg).
