Galaxy recipe suggestions?

Hi All,

I'm looking for an easy drinking summer beer that uses galaxy (I really enjoyed the passion fruit flavor in one I had recently). Any recipe suggestions welcome? (BIAB with plate chiller)

This is one of the nicest ales I've made. Sub the NS with Galaxy and it should be great. (I didn't do the mash hops)

stone and wood inspired ale
53% Pils
25% wheat
20% raw wheat
2% acid

i step mash but for ease with biab probably @ 64. OG @1044 ( if using raw wheat knock about 5 % off your effeciency )
Galaxy at 15 ( 1g/L ) and flameout to @ 18ibu
1272 yeast
dry hop 1 to 1.5g/L

imho if you haven't had it - its a must to try mosaic if you've had galaxy and loved it, chances are you'll like it...a lot...excuse the digression

how 'bout a beer with a medium body, mashed in the middle ground with a bit of crystal malt and somewhere around the little creatures pale ale of 38ibu

pale ale malt 95%
crystal 5%
20 ibu either or mixed between 60 and 40mins
set aside 15-18 ibu for the last 20mins
punch in 2g/l for 3 days near terminal G

a bit more in your face than seamads maybe but yeah
