I used this for 2-3 brews max then then found that mostly a week of patience in the keg produces beer clear enough for me! I stupidly threw the filter out a while ago but replacement filters look to be about $30.
Specs from the label are as follows:

I paid $72 plus shipping (this included a filter though) from Clarence Water Filters. Original receipt and instructions supplied. Asking $20 plus shipping (shouldn't be more than $10 I'd say). I also have the clear plastic tubing that came with it somewhere so if you want that I can throw that in too.
