Fermenting Fridge with FridgeMate and Heating Mat $150
Fridge/freezer is in good condition; seals, no mould, runs well etc.
Wired up FridgeMate included with probe and a (reptile) heating mat that works perfectly for winter heating option.
275 litre total size, fits a 30 litre fermenter with ease, could probably take 2 x cubes if the right shape.

I'll throw in a 30 litre fermenter/stick on thermometer for free if it sells this week.
