Hi all, doing a brewery downsizing and looking to move on an Apuro commercial induction unit which I'm hardly using anymore. This is a 500-3000W unit (100W increments) with a 15A plug, rotary power setting knob (analogue potentiometer, not digital control) and power display in Watts. Built like a brick shithouse - this isn't anything like your flimsy ALDI or Kmart models.

Some very minor marking on the top glass plate but otherwise in as-new nick, I've probably used it six or eight times for boiling water in stock pots or starter flasks on an induction pan. I bought it intending to bypass the controller and integrate it into a single-vessel brewery but went down another path instead.

~$385 new (incl. GST), will take $300 for it. Pickup in Camp Hill or Milton.

To help this move I'll include buyers choice of a 16L or 25L induction-base stainless stockpot with a 3/8" rotating racking arm (from an SSB Brew Bucket) for sparge water, BIAB, etc. ($80-$140 worth new). Otherwise, make an offer.
