FS: 40L Crown Urn Modified/Upgraded - $250

40L Crown Urn - Exposed Element. Very good condition. No dents on exterior, a couple of extremely minor ones on the inside. A couple of extremely minor scratches on the exterior. Nice and clean. Element has lost silver/SS finish from scrubbing, but does not effect anything.

Upgraded with:

-Mashmaster thermometer
-1/4 Ball Valve
-SS element protector/cake stand

Perfect for BIAB. Only selling as upgrading to Braumeister 50L.

Do you BIAB, and if so how does the bag go with the temperature gauge probe?

yeh I've always used if for BIAB. I was doing double batches, brewing over gravity, so was using up to 11 kg of grain in there. Never had a problem with it snagging the temperature probe when lifting. The probe does protrude a bit into the pot, but the bag seems to just slide past it.
