Fs: 1.25" Bsp 2kw Threaded Element

Incorrect order - needed a 1"BSP, so have this one 1 1/4" spare.
Might kickstart that HERMIT project (assuming this one fits your setup)
Brand new unused condition.

This may be a stupid question but what's the tube up the center? A thermowell? No it can't be that close to the element can it?

It is a thermowell, for fitting a thermostat in a hot water tank setup.

I should have mentioned that, sorry, didn't think to.
Item has already sold but please PM if the thermowell is a problem.

FWIW it won't interfere with use in homebrewing, you could even jam a probe up there if you want.

probably is for the control we might want in a HLT etc but not for a Hot Water system
