Hi Guys,
I was CCing an ale and my fridge went slightly mental and froze the entire contents of the cube. I'm assuming this has the yeasties. I'm going to do the following but just wanted to see if anybody had any differing thoughts.
Melt on it's own and take back to brewing temp
Rack to bulk prime vessell
Add required sugar AND some ale yeast to ensure carbonation in the bottles.
How much yeast should I be adding and am I adding at the right time?
