hi guys,
I wondering if anyone would know if it is a bad thing for a lagering beer to become partly frozen. I've thrown the lagering beer into a new fridge last night, and i'm still getting a feel for the temp controls. When I checked it this morning and i could feel a fair amount of ice sloshing around in the keg. On discovering this I quickly readjusted the temperature of the fridge to a few notches higher, but I was wondering if this was going to ruin the beer if this happens?

No worries about freezing lagering beer....it will be fine.

I accidently froze a pilsner whilst lagering and it turned out to be one of the best brews yet.....

cheers

no probs vlbaby,
