i got a bar fridge for my lagers and have found huge variations in temperature between thw top and bottom of the fridge, up to 8.5 C from top too bottom
given i'm doing lagers this is an entirely unacceptable variation which would no doubt also exist in the fermenter
I have chucked in a little computer fan to create air circulation but has anyone else out there had a similar issue?
