Westinghouse RJ452. Only gets down to around 12C, but good for fermenting ales. Will hold lower temps if you fill it with ice or whatever. Modified to fit 2x 30L fermenters. Pick up Annerley (Brisbane).
 
Somebody in Melbourne should get that......it will hold about 2 degrees consistently at this time of the year! No need for electricity either.
