    my mate owns a pub and asked for new years eve party to put some of my home brew on tap for our friends in the function room. ive always bottled my beer but was wondering whats needed in order to put my home brew out of fermentors and into a sanke keg and force carbonate? is it possible to this with the sanke type? id be wrapped to have it just for one night on tap!

    a american pale ale. easy to drink (ibu's 23) and not too out there so to speak. personally though i love a 40 - 50 ibu's in a beer
