Hi Guys,

A quick silly question, I have filled my 2 kegs and have sealed them at 30psi and did a purge to get rid of any oxygen.
Do you leave them connected at 30psi when you cool the kegs for 10 days or turn the dial down to 12psi (serving pressure)
I just want to do natural carbonation at this stage, might force carbonate when I get more experience.

Cheers

Graeme

Generally 30psi would be used for force carbonation Graeme, 24 hours or so. If you are leaving it for 10 days then 8-12 psi will be fine.
thanks

I will turn it down to 12 psi,
Do I need to bleed kegs to get rid of 30 psi in them .
