Looking a putting a cider tomorrow in a 15LT fermenter and I bought some Wyeast 4766 but I am not sure of it I should be using (the yeast that is) and how I should store the remainder? This is a smack pack.
pitch the lot. You are fermenting a higher alcohol content so will need more yeast. You could salvage the yeast cake and use it again. if you want to store some look at the articles section and the newest post is spliting and reusing yeast look at that
