ok, I didn't EXACTLY sanatise the whole kitchen! I sprayed the kitchen benches with some disinfectant spray ok! hehehe
I'm happy to report approx 12 hours after air locking I am getting a very stable small gurgle every 1 minute or so! looks good! I don't think I shocked those yeasts too much.
