OK guys, tommorrow is the big day, I am trying my new 3 x 50 lt keg all grain brewing system ( i usually mash from an esky), Marga Mulino mill gets its first major run, new refractometer gets its first run and I am using my digital PH meter for the first time. AND to top all that off I am doing Jayses Batch sparge for the first time  :(

I think I am prepared ;) , but I am praying to all of the brewing Gods I can think of for a safe and happy day. It is going to be a 40lt american lager, bittered lightly with POR  and flavoured with saaz. My wife and mega swill friends love this drop and its easy to knock down a few.
If you know any good prayers can you throw them my way, this is the first time I have changed so many variables in my brewing in one go.
