60 min mash @ 67C
20L urn test run BIAB scaled down APA full batch, dose this look o k with the numbers?
 
I cant see how that could be bad
 
so far so good the urn gave a wicked boil better then stove top. Lost more water then planed came out at 1059 so added 1lt of boiled water at the end gave me 1050 so happy. the hole thing seemed too easy,
mashed in with 70c mixed in the grain tured urn off hit 66c rapped urn 60min still 66c wicked. Also tried no chill for first time so hope I did it right. had a low of 24c at my place so next morning that went into fridge now sitting at 19c.
