Hi all! After some feedback on my first BIAB and things I could change. I only have a small pot and the ingredients are as follows..

1kg pale malt 2 row
1kg Maris otter
20g chinook @ 60mins
20g galaxy @ 30mins
20g galaxy @ 0mins
1.5kg extra pale malt extract
1kg dry light malt

Thinking of dry hopping for 5 days...??

Strike water temp 71°C
Mash temp 66-68°C
Boil 60mins
Cooled in the laundry sink with water and ice bricks.

O.G 1.052

And hints and tips appreciated.

Cheers!

I'd move the 30 min galaxy addition to flameout and I would also either halve the 60 min addition and move half to the last 15 mins, or move the whole amount to 30.

^^ Agreed, in general 30 min hop additions are a waste of time if you have a 60 min bittering addition.

They are compromise between flavour/aroma, and bittering so you don't get the best of either.

Just personal taste, I'd add some Chinook later on. Maybe the 10 minute or the 0. I like it for flavour as well as bittering. It'll give you some nice resin to go in with the galaxy/fruit.
