Hi,
Just started my second brew yesterday with a few differences to the first brew so i can taste the differences. Using Dextrose instead of LME etc.
When mixing all the ingredients in the primary i acidently missed out 1 litre of water. Is this a big deal i realised after putting the lid and airlock on so i thought not to take it off and throw anything in while yeast has been pitched? Should i put that litre into my secondary when i rack or not worry?

2nd question is there anything i can do with the yeast slurry thats left in my primary fermenter like keep it for next brew or something? just question.

Cheers guys.

Don't worry about the extra water. You'll just get a slightly stronger beer.

The yeast can be reused. You should harvest some straight away if you want it (to reduce the risk of an infection). Generally not worth the trouble if it was a kit yeast unless you planned to use it as a starter for a big brew.
