well that times almost upon us again and we as brewers should be contemplating a supply of festive beers.now ive never really given it any thought so today put down a smoked porter(xmas ham) and got to thinking about what other beers can be made for this time.
cinnamon and other spices come to mind so has anyone in ahb land any good festive recipes they may care to share that i and others may like to try.
reckon it should be a beer that the handbrake may even enjoy.well at least a small sipper of it any way.
