I've done a few saisons at 18 deg with belle saison.

They are a distinct beer, nice and tart, and got to about 1.005 to 1.002 from memory.

No problems finishing

I had great success with Belle Saison last summer. I made some 6%ers and some 3%ers for hot days when working on the roof of my new house. Just using Coopers Cerveza.
My under house brew area was a steady 25deg. They all came out great! Finished in a week l think.
The only thing l didn't like was the slight crusty ring left in the bottle at beer level which never happens with the ales l make. l had to get the bottle brush out.

Bridge Road Chevalier Saison is fermented at 34degC, using 3724 from memory. Ben was kind enough to share these details at a beer dego.
