since getting my fridge and temp control I have CC'd all my beers

not only do you get a clearer beer you also get more usable beer out of the fermenter

without a CC I find I chuck the last 2 to 3 liters as its yeasty soup. with a CC I can get down to only a litre or a little less of gunk wasted .

more beer = better in my book
