I'm interested in fermenting some of my cubes with different yeasts.
Are there any problems involved with splitting my no chill cubes into 2 x 20 litre cubes are fermenting with 2 different yeasts?

Is 10 litres of wort and 10 litres headspace ok?
Should i purge headspace with co2 after oxygenating the wort?

I have plenty of 20lt cubes on hand and don't want to have to buy 10 litre ones as well.

Any thoughts or comments apprieciated.

Cheers, Mark

Ive done it plenty of times, only tip I would say is do 12ish liters if possible. Wont have to worry about trub loss then

Thanks for the replies guys,
Thought it would be fine, but just wanted to double check.

Cheers ,Mark
