Hey Guys, a question for all of those who run a temperature controlled cabinet or fridge for fermenting....

Do you have a way to vent the build-up of CO2 in the fridge or cabinet?
Or is this not a worry when fermenting?

Thanks!
Gib

I've been running a fermenting fridge for many years, never had an issue without any venting. Just don't open the door and stick your head in a take a missive sniff straight away.

Same here.
The alcohol fumes will sting your eyes and burn your nostrils before the CO2 would become an issue.

Just be sure not to keep your rabbits/guinea pigs in the same cabinet...

Put some tomatoes in there they will turn co2 into to O2 trapping the carbon just cover the brew lots of sun screen and add ice cold drink from the fridge to keep him cold. happy daze man.

What tomatoes are you growing in the cupboard? sm_pimp.gif
