A 27L Fermentasaurus is coming out later this year. I'm thinking of combining one equiped for pressure fermenting with a Brewjacket. I know some have used the 35L model with a Brewjacket. How does one put the immersion heater/cooler tube inside? Drill a hole for it and not compromise pressure?
