i have searched the web for the ferment temps for wheat beer ,the info i found suggested fermenting at between 16 and 24 degrees c , this leaves a lot (to me) to be desired.can anyone set me straight.this is in regard to dryed yeast that comes with the kits as i still have not got my ag set up going and the selection here in port lincoln is piss poor. cheers spog. <_<

The correct temperature depends on your yeast.

If you have a specialty yeast, refer to the manufacturer's website for correct fermentation temperature.

If you have a generic yeast that came with the kit, stick to 18-20 degrees.
