Feb 2015 Meeting Reminder

Heads up for our first meeting of 2015.

Meeting will be held at Hervey Bay Home Brew 2/92 Beach Rd, Pialba. Mash in at 6:15pm If interested. Meeting commences at 7:00pm.
Bring a beer and something to share for nibbles.

We'll be starting to plan the June Competition and Case Swap.



The first Challenge for 2015 will be issued. This will be a Malt Challenge.

We'll be kicking off the first challenge for the year tonight. Lucky dip malt challenge.

For those who haven't done one of the challenges, It goes like this:

Reach into Pandora's box, grab the first pack that you touch. It's loaded with a selection of malts. Using those malts, you can make anything you choose, but the whole pack must be used. Any other malts can be used, any hops and any yeast. Think outside the box.....we did and it's designed to make you think through how best to utilise different grains.
