cylinder was filled in Feb and has only been used to carbonate 1 9L keg since

Hi there,
it thas 2 years on it
in my experiance, the place that filled the botte for me,
has twice changed over the bottle , at no charge,
I just alwyas take couple of beers in when they fill it.
