There was a thread that was asking about using LPG inside. Before I converted my brewery to all electric, I was using LPG, inside. I built the extract fans show below and used a DC power supply off ebay and some cheap PWM controllers so I could control the speed and some 12v posts from Jaycar so I can even reverse them by changing polarity.
These things flow a hell of an amount of air when cranked up. In reality, I probably only needed one at full speed as I now run two at about 40% power whilst boiling and all steam is sucked right out.
